New features on Strategic Learning - January 2013

We've just added some exciting new features to Strategic Learning, the innovative and collaborative tool for strategists. Why not give them a try right now?

There are two new strategy analysis models:

• The BCG Matrix helps you to understand the different roles different products and services play within a business. From there you can design appropriate strategies for each of them. For example, you might invest in Stars, drive profits from Cash Cows, or exit from Dogs. (learn more)
  

• A Pareto Analysis helps you visualise which of your products or services contribute the most to your bottom line. They say that 80% of your profits come from 20% of your business, and the Pareto Analysis is just the tool to help you visualise this. (learn more)
  

We've also made some big improvements to the way we draw our Strategy Canvases. These will help you to visualise the strategic differentiation in your propositions much more clearly.
